WHO WE ARE

St John’s Tennis Academy was founded in 2015 by Mrs Blessing Egwu with the aim of providing better opportunities for young people to get involved in tennis and develop as professional players. The academy is also structured as a grassroot talent hunt program designed to discover and train young boys and girls in the game of tennis.

The academy has put together a team of committed professionals, all of whom share a passion for tennis and a vision to change the way in which tennis is promoted and coached. Our tireless commitment to our programmes has enabled us to become one of the best for both community and development tennis in Nigeria.

We believe that tennis is a sport that can be enjoyed by everyone. By placing junior tennis at the forefront of our programme we are able to provide a unique playing environment for young people and provide the essential support, coaching and court time required to succeed in tennis. St John’s Tennis Academy is in partnership with the Nigerian Tennis Federation and other corporate sponsors.
